  • King of CicLAvia Stoopid Tall, a Freakishly Tall Bike

    Los Angeles-based cinematographer and bike fiend Richie Trimble unveiled Stoopid Tall, a freakishly tall bike, at last Sunday’s CicLAvia open street event in Los Angeles. The hand-built bike is 14.5 feet tall at the seat and has a 32-foot-long bicycle chain. Trimble recorded his nerve-wracking 20 mile ride to Venice Beach with a GoPro camera that was attached to his chest. He managed to complete the ride without incident, though he nearly got wedged under a highway overpass. Make sure to watch the amzing video. (more…)

  • Tough Mudder_10 A Grueling Marathon in Australia – Tough Mudder

    In Australia A grueling marathon was held on the first day of April – Tough Mudder (“Race to the bottom”). Organizers multikilometer set out ”endurance test” to attract more runners and they succeeded. More than 22,000 people took part in the passage of an obstacle course, specially designed by the British Special Forces. They had to overcome by many obstacles in extreme conditions – mud, heat, water … Not everyone managed to finish it, so the more valuable prize was handed to the winners.

    Nokia has just announced the 808 PureView during its press conference at Mobile World Congress 2012. The 808 PureView is a camera-centric Symbian phone which definitely is a photographer’s dream and a smartphone enthusiast’s nightmare. Besides a jaw-dropping 41-megapixel camera, the Nokia 808 PureView is also powered by Symbian Belle, a dated operating system Nokia is currently in the process of tossing to the curb. The high-resolution 41-megapixel sensor amazingly include Carl Zeiss optics and new pixel oversampling technology that allows users to zoom without any loss of clarity when taking pictures at low resolution. The camera also assists users to record 1080p videos in very low light situations at 30 frames per second and is capable of capturing video and photos at the same time. Especially, the camera will not lose clarity while it zooms.

  • Snowy landscape – frozen Winter of 2012 !?

    In 2012 sudden cold caught many by surprise. Eastern Europe – In Ukraine, more than 100 dead, while in Serbia, more than 11,000 were cut off from the world, trapped in a snow villages. Most of the dead – Many organizations stood up to protect the homeless and services in Russia and Poland. In Romania, the real chaos on the roads, and in Italy the lowest temperature was recorded for the last 27 years.
